Dr Fernando Aguirre

Dr. Fernando is a highly respected and experienced ophthalmologist who has been expanding his clinical practice in the United Arab Emirates for a decade. He graduated from the University of Navarra in Spain and is currently a university professor at the Miguel Hernández University. He is a specialist in various areas of ophthalmology, with extensive experience in glaucoma, refractive surgery, cataracts, and pediatric ophthalmology. He holds the European title of super-specialist in refractive and cataract surgery (EBO-ESCRS). Throughout his career, Dr. Fernando has been recognized for his surgical skills and his commitment to excellence in patient care. He has published a multitude of articles and has presented publications and lectures both nationally and internationally. Dr. Fernando is a member of the Editorial Board of the Spanish Journal of Ophthalmic Research and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ophthalmological Society of Valencia (SOCV). He has also expanded his knowledge at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, USA.
